Risum Boxing has received an agreed amount from Sauerland Event,
releasing Poulsen from the remaining period of his contract with
Risum Boxing.
Henrik Risum:
“Only now is Kim free from his contract with Risum Boxing, and I
have today informed the German federation (BDB), where Kim is
licensed, that he is now able to sign with any other manager
and/or promoter he may wish.”
“Despite the fact that I feel disrespected and poorly treated by
Kim and Sauerland Event, I wish everybody good luck in the
future. Kim is, in my opinion, the brightest talent in Danish
professional boxing, and I only wish things had been handled in
a proper way.”
“While I at the moment have a strong desire to put Kim Poulsen
and everything connected to Kim Poulsen behind me, I do hope
that as time goes by I will also be able to feel proud when he
reaches the top one day”.
